What to expect when you train with me
As a Marine veteran you can expect me to bring the core values I learned in my eight years of service as long as the mental fortitude I had to improve myself and be resolved to change my perspective on life. I am extremely positive and I am a firm believer in “crawl, walk, run”. You cannot change yourself overnight, it takes time, and I want to help you talk that first step.

One of my fellow Marines found himself in a similar situation that I was in, in the past. He was motivated by how I had built myself back up and wanted to do the same. Through out conversations about mental toughness, diet, and growing his knowledge of weight lifting, he was able to cut out numerous bad habits, change his physical appearance, but more importantly become happy with who he was as a man again.

I think perspective is one of the most powerful tools you can use to changing your lifestyle. By changing your perspective on the challenges you face in life, be it your health, diet, or other personal areas, it often can change how you attack that problem and overcome it. By changing your perspective, you don’t have to change who you are as a person, but only how to face the challenges in your life.
My favorite exercise is
I have no favorite exercise. When you are really looking at building your body and creating an aesthetic physique, you need to continually change the exercises you use to promote growth and help from hitting a plateau.
